Structure to the left is where the trucks drove up to where they filled thier tanks. Structure smaller to the right are the filters, pumps and electrical panels. Before the line went underground to the filling structure. Also assorted piping from the assorted tanks to the filter and pumps. In the distance are the parked fuel truck and probably the building in the background is the truck maintenance building.
