Gun tower near the Main Gate. This was a typical gun tower around the area and around Tan Son Nhut They were built by the French in the 1950's.  ARVN troops lived in them with their families! Don't have to go far to work by commuting! Needless to say, if tower got hit and blown up, many non-combatants also injured or killed.
